Shipping, Refunds, Returns & Fulfillment

Refund policy: In stock non custom items are eligible for returns for 30 days from date of receipt.  NOTE - personalized items or items discounted greater than 50% are not eligible for return or refund. Except in the case of a damaged item, shipping is not refundable.  To request a refund please email 923print@gmail.com include REFUND request and your order number in the subject line.  Please allow up to 3 business days for a reply to confirm your eligible refund and next steps. 

Shipping/Delivery:  All in stock non-custom orders that require shipping will be shipped and tracking provided within 7 days of purchase.  All custom orders will be processed and shipped according to your timelines required for your event and custom order contract. Please reference your order contract for exact timelines for your order. If you have questions, please reach out to 923print.com.  In person pickup is available when agreed upon by both parties for custom orders and will be noted on your custom order contract. 

Returns:  Policy and process. Non-custom items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase.  Please send an email to:  923print@gmail.com with the subject :  Return request and your order number.  Please list the reason for your return in the body of your email.  You will receive a reply confirming your return within 3 business days.  You will then need to ship your return item(s) to:  510 Oxford State Road, Middletown, Ohio 45044 ATTN:  Returns.  We recommend shipping with tracking information as we cannot be responsible for items once they are in the carriers hand.  Please note:  Customized items and items discounted greater than 50% off at the time of purchase are not eligible for a return.  Any eligible refunds will be processed and returned to your original form of payment within 3 business days of receipt of your returned item assuming it is still in like new condition, free of damage. 

*Damage claims - in the unlikely event your item is received damaged, we ask you report a damage claim within 3 business days of receipt.  Please send a photo and any notes describing the damage along with your preference - a full refund, a replacement, or a store credit equal to the amount you paid for your original order including shipping. A confirmation of your claim along with confirmation of your refund or replacement processed will be sent via email within 3 business days of your claim. 

Order Cancellation - All standard non custom and custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours and your purchase will be immediately refunded.  After 24 hours standard orders can be cancelled if not yet shipped.  Custom orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.  To cancel a pending order please email:  923print@gmail.com with CANCEL order in the subject along with your order number!
